| Tai Chi Class | | At 9am every Tues & Thurs morning in the Fellowship Hall at Hickory Knoll United Methodist Church, there will be a Tai Chi exercise class. This ancient exercise is especially designed for people who may be experiencing problems with arthritis. It is a non-competitive class where benefits include improved strength, flexibility, posture & balance.
No matter what your age or gender, you are invited to attend. Come as you are, no special equipment is needed. It can even be done sitting in a chair, if necessary. |
